Sign up with your mobile number and business details. Your account is activated after a short review.

Save your entity ID, sender IDs and approved templates in the panel. Templates are matched exactly as registered.

Transfer to our bank account or UPI ID and submit the UTR. The balance is added once the payment is verified.

The more you add, the lower your rate per SMS. 18% GST is added to the recharge amount.
One SMS credit covers 160 English characters or 70 characters in Hindi and other regional languages.

Common questions
What is DLT, and do I need to register?
Under TRAI rules, every business that sends SMS in India must register its business (entity), sender IDs (headers) and message templates on a DLT platform run by an operator such as Jio, Airtel, Vi or BSNL. Messages that do not match a registered template are blocked by the operator.
Once your templates are approved on DLT, save the same details in your Cloud SMS panel and start sending.
Can I send SMS to numbers on the DND list?
Yes, for service and transactional messages sent through an approved service template. Promotional messages are not delivered to numbers registered on the DND list; the operator filters them out.
How do I add balance?
There is no online payment gateway. Transfer the amount to one of the bank accounts or the UPI ID shown on the Add balance page of your panel, then submit the UTR or bank reference number. The balance is added once the payment is verified.
Which languages can I send SMS in?
English and all Indian languages that use Unicode, including Hindi, Bengali, Assamese, Tamil and Telugu. Unicode messages fit fewer characters in one credit, as explained on the pricing page.
Is there an API for developers?
Yes. The REST API lets you send SMS, check your balance, fetch delivery reports and list your templates. You can also receive delivery reports on your own webhook URL.
